Our Story

Sticky's Chicken is a brother & sister team that started out as a food truck in April of 2014. For years the wings were kept a commodity only available to family and friends, until one day Benson decided to share their Dad's wings to the rest of Houston by opening a food truck.  The Sticky's OG Wings have made it on many "Best Wings of Houston" lists, but it's the genius creativity of Benson that created the beloved Chicken over Rice.

The duo as a food truck frequented many Houston events such as Free Press Summer Fest, Day for Night, In Bloom Music Festival, SuperBowl LI, Bayou City Art Fest and events with all the Houston Sport Teams. They gained a following not only with Houstonians inside and outside the loop, but with other celebrities such Deandre Hopkins, Karrueche Tran, PJ Tucker among others.

In early 2020, right before the pandemic, they opened up their first shop in Houston's Sawyer Yards Art District in the Lower Heights. From there, they expanded the menu by adding more wing flavors and items that round out the creative flavors that represent the broad pallet of Houston.
